[摘 要]目的 分析血清特异性IgE检测在过敏性皮肤疾病患者筛查诊断中的价值。方法 选择2021年8月-2023年10月我院诊治的76例过敏性皮肤疾病患者为过敏组，选择同期于我院体检的76名无过敏性皮肤疾病人群为对照组，采用免疫印迹法检测两组血清特异性IgE阳性情况。结果 过敏组血清特异性IgE抗体总阳性率为92.11%，高于对照组的2.63%，差异有统计学意义（P

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the value of serum specific IgE detection in the screening and diagnosis of patients with allergic skin diseases. Methods A total of 76 patients with allergic skin diseases diagnosed and treated in our hospital from August 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the allergic group， and 76 people without allergic skin diseases who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The positive rate of serum specific IgE in the two groups was detected by immunoblotting.
