[摘 要]目的 探讨成人痤疮发生的危险因素。方法 选取2022年2月-2023年10月在我院皮肤科门诊就诊的420例成人痤疮患者为观察组，选取同期420名健康体检者为对照组，比较两组一般资料、心理状态、性激素水平，并对影响痤疮的因素进行多因素分析。结果 两组不同性别、年龄、是否外用化妆品占比比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；观察组有家族史占比、焦虑、抑郁、压力评分、LH及T水平高于对照组（P

Analysis of Risk Factors of Acne in Adult

[Abstract]Objective To explore the risk factors of acne in adult. Methods From February 2022 to October 2023， 420 adult acne patients in the dermatology clinic of our hospital were selected as the observation group， and 420 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group. The general data， psychological status and sex hormone levels of the two groups were compared， and the factors affecting acne were analyzed by multivariate analysis. Results There was no significant difference in different genders， ages and the proportion of whether cosmetics were used for external use between the two groups （P>0.05）.
