【摘 要】目的 探究减张缝合器术在瘢痕整形中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年1月-2022年5月黔西南州人民医院收治的60例瘢痕整形患者，按照入院顺序分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组接受传统手工缝合，观察组接受减张缝合器术，比较两组创口愈合满意度及术后瘢痕恢复情况。结果 观察组创口愈合满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P

【Abstract】Objective To study the application effect of tension-reducing suture device in scar plastic surgery.
