固定义齿与活动义齿在口腔修复治疗中的应用效果

【摘 要】目的 探讨固定义齿与活动义齿在口腔修复治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2022年4月-2023年4月收治的60例行口腔修复治疗患者为研究对象，采用抽签法分为研究组和对照组，各30例。研究组予以活动义齿修复，对照组予以固定义齿修复，比较两组牙齿活动情况、炎症因子水平、临床疗效。结果 研究组治疗后咀嚼效率、语言能力评分均高于对照组，牙齿松动评分低于对照组（P0.05）；研究组治疗总有效率为93.33%，高于对照组的73.33%（P

Application Effect of Fixed Partial Denture and Removable Denture in Oral Prosthesis Treatment

【Abstract】Objective To explore the application effect of fixed partial denture and removable denture in oral prosthesis treatment. Methods Sixty patients who underwent oral prosthesis treatment in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into study group and control group by drawing lots， with 30 patients in each group. The study group was repaired with removable dentures， and the control group was repaired with fixed partial denture. The tooth activity， inflammatory factor levels， and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment， the masticatory efficiency and linguistic ability scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group， and the tooth mobility score was lower than that of the control group （P0.05）.
