聚左旋乳酸和聚右旋乳酸可降解材料在医疗美容领域的应用现状

【摘 要】聚乳酸材料凭借其独特的优势在美容医学中已得到了越来越广泛的应用，然而其不同异构体由于其体内代谢产物不同，在疗效和安全性方面也不同。因此，本文对聚左旋乳酸和右旋乳酸材料的区别以及其在临床中的应用做一综述，以期为科研和临床工作中不同的需求提供参考依据。

【Abstract】Polylactic acid materials have been more and more widely used in cosmetic medicine due to their unique advantages. However， different isomers have different efficacy and safety due to their different metabolites in vivo. Therefore， this article reviews the differences between poly-L-lactic acid and D-lactic acid materials and their clinical applications， in order to provide a reference for different needs in scientific research and clinical work.
