【摘 要】目的 观察不锈钢预成冠在修复儿童乳磨牙邻面龋的临床效果。方法 选取2018年1月-2020年12月我院收治的100名儿童（150颗乳磨牙）为研究对象，随机分为试验组和对照组，试验组采用不锈钢预成冠修复，对照组采用传统树脂充填修复，比较两组临床疗效以及修复效果。结果 两组治疗0.5年后总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），试验组治疗1、1.5、2年后总有效率高于对照组（P0.05）；试验组修复体情况、边缘密合性、继发龋、磨损情况以及邻接关系均优于对照组（P

Clinical Effect of Prefabricated Stainless Steel Crown in the Repair of Interproximal Caries of Primary Molar in Children

【Abstract】Objective To observe the clinical effect of prefabricated stainless steel crown in the repair of interproximal caries of primary molar in children. Methods A total of 100 children （150 primary molars） admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was repaired with prefabricated stainless steel crown， while the control group was repaired with traditional resin filling. The clinical efficacy and repair effect of the two groups were compared.
