改良重睑成形术在老年睑皮松弛合并睑内翻倒睫中的应用效果

【摘 要】目的 观察老年睑皮松弛合并睑内翻倒睫采用改良重睑成形术的治疗效果。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年1月我院收治的56例老年睑皮松弛合并睑内翻倒睫患者（112只眼）为研究对象，均行改良重睑成形术治疗，观察术后疗效、并发症发生情况、复发率及手术前后眼部指标改善情况。结果 112只眼治疗效果均为显效，6例患者术后发生眼睑闭合不全，对症治疗后均正常或者缓解；3、6个月随访均未见复发；术后睑裂高度、睑裂倾斜度、睑裂角、内眦间距指标均优于术前（P

Application Effect of Modified Double Eyelid Plasty in Senile Eyelid Skin Relaxation Combined with Entropion Trichiasis

【Abstract】Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of modified double eyelid plasty in elderly patients with eyelid skin relaxation and entropion trichiasis. Methods From January 2021 to January 2022， 56 elderly patients （112 eyes） with eyelid skin relaxation and entropion trichiasis admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects. All patients were treated with modified double eyelid plasty. The postoperative efficacy， complications， recurrence rate and improvement of eye indexes before and after operation were observed. Results The therapeutic effect of 112 eyes was markedly effective， and 6 patients had incomplete eyelid closure after operation， which was normal or relieved after symptomatic treatment. No recurrence was found in 3 and 6 months follow-up.
