【Abstract】Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on skin injury and comfort level of critically ill patients in neurosurgery. Methods From June 2020 to November 2021， 86 patients with severe neurosurgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were selected as the research objects. 神经外科重症患者病情较为严重，为皮肤损伤风险高发人群，主要原因为患者发病后常存在意识障碍、瘫痪等情况[1]，需长时间卧床，且由于全身营养状况差、大小便失禁等影响，进一步增加皮肤损伤发生风险，一旦出现以上情况，则会延长其治疗时间，影响患者生活质量[2，3]。（剩余4337字）
