Investigtion on nxiety， depression nd sleep qulity of students in medil university nd its preliminary analysis with personality disorders

【Abstract】ObjectiveToinvestigatethe prevalenceandinfluencingfactorsofanxietydepresion，ndporsleepqualityamong students atamedicaluniversity，andtoexploretheirasociatios withvarious personalitydisorders，soastoprovide earlyinterventionforstudentswithpotential mental healthproblems linkedtothesedisorders.MethodsWithpostgraduate studentsandresidentphysiciansastheresearchsubjects，andquestionnairewasconductedbygeneralizedanxietydisorder （GAD-7），patient health questionnaire （PHQ-9），and insomnia severity index （ISI）.By analyzing the scales with personalitydiagnosticquestionnaire（PDQ-4）asaguideand integrating thefindingsfromstructured interviewsconductedbyexperienced psychological counselors，theovert symptoms back totheirunderlyingcauses were traced，and corelationsbetween each PDQ-4 personality dimension and scores on the GAD-7，PHQ-9，and ISI were explored.ResultsThe scores of GAD7，PHQ-9 and ISI were （ 11.52±3.74 ）pionts，（ 13.54±3.94 ）pionts and（11.56±4.61）pionts，respectively.Correlation analysis showedthathistrionicandantisocialpersonalitydisorderweresignificantlypositivelycorrelatedwithGAD-7，PHQ9，andISIscores.ConclusionThedetectionrateofanxiety，depresionandpoorsleepqualityamongstudents inamedical universityisrelativelyhigh，andanxiety，depressionandsleepqualitywerecloselyrelatedtodiferentpersonalitydisorders.
