AbstractObjective：Tosystematicallevaluatetheinfuencingfactorsofgastrointestinalbleedinginchildrenwithhenochsnlein purpura（HSP）Methods：Relevantliteraturewereretrievedfrom CNKI，CBM，WanFang Data，VIP，Webof Science，PubMed， EMbase，CochraneLibraryandCINAHL.Theretrevalperiodwasfromheestablishmentofthedatabases toApril4，2O25.Stata5.0 softwarewasadoptedforMetaanalysisResults：Atotalof18articleswereincluded.TheresultsoftheMeta-analysisshowedthatNLR （OR=2.380，95%CI1.253-4.552，P=0.008），IL-8（OR ∘eq 1.413，95%C11.034-1.931， P=0.03 ），TNF-α （OR=2.901，95%CI1.679-5.014， P<0.000 1 ），WBC（OR=1.100，95%CI 1.008-1.202， P=0.033 ），NEUT（OR=1.074， 95% CI 1.029-1.122， P=0.001 ），vomiting（OR 2.968，95%CI1.614-5.495，P<0.000 1），rash distribution（OR=8.996，95%CI 2.502-32.344， P=0.001） ，andtypeIHp infection（OR ∘leddash 7.628，95%CI 2.961-19.651， P<0.000 1 ）were risk factors for gastrointestinal bleeding in children with HSP.IL-6（OR=O.875，95%CI 0.817-0.938， P<0.000 1）was a protective factor for gastrointestinal bleeding in children with HSP.Conclusion：Existing evidence indicatesthatthfuencngfactosfgastrotestialbldgidrenhHicudeN，8，F-WBC，NUig， rashdistrbutiontypeIHpifectionandI-6Earlydentificationofdrenatigskofastrontestinalbledngisoduciet implementing targeted intervention and improving prognosis
