AbstractObjective：Tosystematicallyevaluatetheeficacyofcardiacrehabilitationnursingguided byCPETinpatientsafterPCI. Methods：Randomizedcontroledtrials（RCTs）ontheeficacyofcardiacrehabilitationnursing guidedbycardiopulmonaryexercisetests forpatientsafterPCIwereretrievedfromPubMed，WebofSience，EMbase，CochraneLibrary，CNKI，WanFangData，VIP，andCBM. Theretrievalperiodwasfromtheestablishmentofthedatabaseto September1，2O24Aftertworesearchersscrenedtheliterature， extracted the informationand evaluatedthequality.RevMan5.3and Stata software wereusedforMeta-analysis.Results：Atotalof16 articleswereicludedivolving23patients.Teetanalysisresultsowedtatparedithovetioalursigadac rehabilitation nursing guided by cardiopulmonary exercise tests can improve AT（MD=1.97， 95% CI 1.61-2.33， P<0.000 01），METs （MD 1=0.92 95%CI （20 0.60-1.25 P<0.000 01 ）， VO2max（MD=2.38 95%CI 2.12-2.65， P<0.000 01），peak oxygen pulse MD=1.59 ， 95%CI 1.24-1.94， P<0.000 01）， LVEF（MD=5.84，95%CI3.17-8.51，P<0.0001） ，and improvingpatients'qualityof life （MD=8.81 ， 95%CI7.06-10.55，P<0.000 01 1），thedifferences were statistically significant.Conclusion：Existing evidence suggests thatcardiacrehabilitation nursingguidedbycardiopulmoaryexercisetestingcanefectivelyimprovethecardiacfunctionstatusofpatientsafterPCInaeeir qualityoflifendpromotetherecoveryHoweeroreualitydlesaplesudsarestlleededtofurthervaatelg term efficacy and safety.
