AbstractObjective：Tosystematicallevaluate theeffectsoftraditionalChinese medicinefumigationandwashingonwound healing andthencidenceofomplicationsafterperanalabscesurgery，andtoprovideevidence-basedmedicalbasisforcliicalpractice. Methods：RandomizedcontrolldtrialsrelatedtothetreatmentofpostoperativewoundsofperianalabscesswithtraditionalChinese medicinefumigationandwashing wereretrievedfromChineseandEnglishdatabasessuchasCNKI，WanFang Data，VIP，CBM， PubMed，Webofcience，andCochaneLibrary.TheretrievalperiodwasfromtheestablishmentofthedatabasetoApril1，25.he CochraneRiskofBiasAssessmentToolwasusedtoevaluatethequaltyof theincludedliterature.RevMan5.4software wasused for Meta-analysis.Resuts：Atotalof1andomedontrolldtialswereicuedivolving45patients.Teresultsoftheetaaalyis showedthatcomparedwithconventionalcare，traditionalChinesemedicinefumigationandwashingcouldsignificantly increasethetotal effective rate of treatment（RR 1.14，95%CI 1.10-1.18， P<0.00001 ），shorten the wound healing time（MD=-3.63，95%CI-4.01--3.25， P< 0.000 O1），reduced the incidence of postoperative complications （RR=0.24， 95% CI 0.15-0.38， P<0.000 O1），and significantly improved postoperative pain in patients（MD =-0.74，95% CI—1.22-—0.26， P=0.003 ）.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washingcouldinceasetetotaletiveatefoundtreatmentafteperianalabssurgery，sortenteoundaliiduce the incidence of postoperative complications，and relieve postoperative pain.
