AbstractOjective：Toconductascopingreviewofthefactorsafectingeconomictoxicityinpatientswithgynecologicalmaligancies， andtoprovideascientificbasisforthedevelopmentoftargeted interventionmeasures.Methds：Thescopingreviewmethodologywas usedastheguidingframework.Literatureonthefactorsafectingeconomictoxicityinpatients withgynecologicalmalignancies was systematicallretrievedfromfiveEnglishdatabases（EMbase，PubMed，CochraneLibraryWebofScience，andCINAHL）andfour Chinesedatabases（CNKI，WanFangDataVIPandCBM）.ThesearchperiodasfromtheiceptioofthedatabasetoMach2，04.
