Abstract This study interpreted the management section of "the identification，assessment，and management of difficult⁃to⁃treat depression：international consensus statement" published in 2020，aimed to provide new concepts for clinical healthcare workers and provide reference for constructing nursing pathways for difficult⁃to⁃treat depression.
