Abstract  Objective：To systematically evaluate the risk prediction model of work-related musculoskeletal disorders in nursing staff.Methods：WanFang Database，CBM，CNKI，EMbase，PubMed，Web of Science，and the Cochrane Library were searched for research on risk prediction models for musculoskeletal disorders related to nursing staff work.The retrieval time limit was from the establishment of the database to June 1，2024.Two researchers independently reviewed the literature，collected data，and evaluated the risk of bias and applicability.Results：A total of 6 articles were included and 9 prediction models were established.The overall applicability was general and the risk of bias was high.Common predictors were age，working years，body posture，repetitive movements，etc.The AUC included in the model ranged from 0.749 to 0.904.Conclusions：The overall prediction performance of the risk prediction model for work-related musculoskeletal disorders in nursing staff is generally moderate，and the data source，construction design and statistical analysis need to be further improved.In the future，external validation of existing models should be carried out or high-quality prediction models with good performance should be developed.
