非药物干预改善ICU病人口渴效果的网状Meta分析

Abstract Objective:To evaluate the effects of different non-drug interventions on relieving thirst of patients in intensive care unit(ICU),and to provide evidence for medical staff to choose thirst intervention methods.Methods:Randomized controlled trials on thirst in ICU patients were retrieved from PubMed,the Cochrane Library,EMbase,CINAHL,CNKI,WanFang Database,VIP,and CBM.The retrieval time limit was from database establishment to October 2024.Two researchers independently conducted literature search,screening,quality evaluation,and data extraction.RevMan 5.4 and Stata 16.0 were used for relevant statistical analysis.Results:A total of 21 articles were included.The results of network Meta-analysis showed that the effects of aloe mint moisturizing gel applied on lips,shortening water ban time and 0.45% sodium chloride solution oxygen driven atomization on alleviating thirst in ICU patients ranked top 3 among non-drug interventions,and the combined ice water wiping with ice water spray ranked first among the combined interventions.Conclusion:A variety of non-drug interventions can alleviate thirst in ICU patients,especially aloe and peppermint moisturizing gel on the lips was the most effective.The appropriate thirst intervention method can be selected according to the clinical characteristics and actual needs of patients.
