Summary of best evidence on subcutaneous injection of anticoagulants and management of adverse reactions in adults

Abstract  Objective：To evaluate and summarize the relevant evidence of subcutaneous injection of anticoagulants in adults and the prevention and management of adverse reactions，so as to provide reference for clinical practice.Methods：Based on the "6S" model search guide，expert consensus，systematic review，evidence summary and original research related to research evidence.Two researchers conducted independent literature quality evaluation and evidence extraction，and integrated and graded the extracted evidence.The search period was up to April 30，2024.Results：A total of 11 articles were included，including 2 expert consensus articles，2 evidence summary articles，5 systematic reviews and 2 evidence-based practice articles.19 best evidences were summarized from 5 aspects：selection of syringe，selection and rotation of injection site，operation standard，prevention and treatment of adverse reactions，and personnel training.Conclusion：The best evidence of subcutaneous injection of anticoagulants in adults and the management of reducing adverse reactions is summarized，which is helpful to develop standardized clinical procedures，improve nursing quality and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
