Abstract Objective:To evaluate the intervention effect of 11 non-drug intervention methods on cancer-related fatigue in breast cancer patients based on network Meta-analysis.Methods:Relevant literature was retrieved from databases such as CNKI,WanFang Database,CBM,VIP,PubMed,Web of Science,MedLine, and the Cochrane Library, from the establishment of the database to February 23,2023. Literature was screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, data was extracted, quality was evaluated, and Stata 16.0 software was used for data analysis. Results:A total of 26 studies were included, involving 2 333 patients and 11 non-drug intervention methods. The results of the network Meta-analysis showed that compared with routine care, cognitive behavioral therapy, massage therapy, and aerobic exercise can all alleviate cancer-related fatigue in breast cancer patients (P<0.05). Among the 11 non-drug intervention methods included, there were statistical differences between cognitive behavioral therapy and aerobic exercise, narrative care, music therapy,mindfulness-based stress reduction therapy,Yoga, group therapy, dance therapy, resistance training, and Pilates. There was a statistical difference between massage therapy and music therapy,mindfulness-based stress reduction therapy,Yoga, group therapy, dance therapy, resistance training, and Pilates (P<0.05). The cumulative ranking probability map showed that the best intervention method for cancer-related fatigue in breast cancer patients was cognitive behavioral therapy. The surface under the cumulative ranking area (SUCRA) was 95.3%,followed by massage therapy (SUCRA 94.3%) and aerobic exercise (SUCRA 66.4%).Conclusions:Existing evidence shows that a variety of non-drug intervention methods could alleviate cancer-related fatigue in breast cancer patients, among which cognitive behavioral therapy has the best effect.
