为了深化智慧城市建设，2025年以来，各项政策正在接连落地。城市更新的顶层设计进一步完善，《关于持续推进城市更新行动的意见》明确了城市更新的八项主要任务，为打造宜居、韧性、智慧城市提供了具体指引。与此同时，《数字中国建设2025年行动方案》部署了“人工智能+”、基础设施提升等多个方面的重大行动。
