2025年12月1日至2日，中国共产党山东省第十二届委员会第十次全体会议在济南举行，审议通过了《中共山东省委关于制定山东省国民经济和社会发展第十五个五年规划的建议》。展望“十五五”，山东将锚定“北方地区经济重要增长极”这一全新战略定位，深入实施产业能级跃升、科创能力攀登等“十大工程”。

From December 1st to 2nd， 2025， the 10th Plenary Session of the 12th Shandong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China was held in Jinan， reviewing and approving the Suggestions of the Shandong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China on Formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of Shandong Province. Looking ahead to the 15th Five-Year Plan， Shandong will anchor its new strategic positioning as an "important economic growth pole in northern China，" and deeply implement ten major projects， including industrial upgrading and scientific and technological innovation.
