熊德京的“预”与“备”

十五载地面耕耘路，熊德京一路成长，“凡事预则立，不预则废”是他工作的信条也是人生格言，不论新挑战何时抵达，他都游刃有余。如今，这句话已不再是格言，而是他每一个脚印的注脚——在持续学习中预判变革，在细致入微中预备周全，在团队共进中预见远方。他时刻准备完善。

Engaged in ground services for 15 years， Xiong Dejing has been making progress. “Preparedness ensures success and unpreparedness spells failure.” This is his creed of work and life motto. Whenever new challenges arrive， he always copes well. Now， this saying is no longer a motto， but a footnote to his every footstep – foreseeing changes while keeping learning; making thorough preparations while maintaining meticulousness; anticipating the distant future while advancing with the team. He is well-prepared all the time.

扎实成长

2010年从山东大学管理学院本科毕业后，熊德京就入职了山航地面服务部，开始了自己的民航路。（剩余1827字）
