中小物流企业数智化发展路径研究

摘 要：随着物流行业数字化转型的加速，中小物流企业的数智化发展趋势不可逆。文章基于数智化对中小物流企业发展的意义展开研究，采用SWOT分析法对中小物流企业的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁因素展开分析，并提出SO路径、WO路径、ST路径、WT路径，希望可以为中小物流企业实现可持续发展提供一定的指导。

Abstract： With the acceleration of the digital transformation of the logistics industry， the digital intelligence development of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises has become a trend that cannot be ignored. This paper studies the significance of the development of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises， uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages， disadvantages， opportunities and threat factors of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises， and puts forward SO path， WO path， ST path and WT path. This paper discusses the digital intelligent development path of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises， hoping to provide important guiding significance for small and medium-sized logistics enterprises to realize their own sustainable development.
