跨境电商海外仓选址问题研究

摘 要：文章通过分析海外仓选址对跨境电商物流的重要作用，综合考虑了跨境物流的运输过程，采用5维决策变量来刻画运输关系，建立了一个运输成本、关税成本和建仓成本最小的数学模型，并设计了一种混合遗传算法来进行海外仓选址决策。最后以国内某跨境电商平台企业为例进行算例分析。

Abstract： This paper analyzes the important role of overseas warehouse location in cross-border e-commerce logistics， comprehensively considers the transportation process of cross-border logistics， uses 5-dimensional decision variables to characterize the transportation relationship， establishes a mathematical model that minimizes transportation costs， tariff costs， and warehouse construction costs， and designs a hybrid genetic algorithm to make overseas warehouse location decisions. Finally， the paper takes a domestic cross-border e-commerce platform enterprise as an example for numerical analysis.
