中小融资企业视角下的质押融资成本控制分析模型构建研究

摘  要：质押融资作为供应链金融的一种常见模式，已经成为广大中小企业重要的融资渠道，文章从中小融资企业视角尝试构建了质押融资成本控制模型，帮助中小企业在开展质押融资过程中选择合适的企业物流和资金流运作策略，降低融资成本，实现企业效益最大化。

Absrtact： Pledge financing， as a common mode of supply chain finance， has become an important financing channel for small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper tries to construct the cost control model of pledge financing from the perspective of small and medium-sized financing enterprises. To help small and medium-sized enterprises to choose appropriate logistics and capital flow operation strategies in the process of pledge financing， reduce financing costs and maximize enterprise benefits.

20世纪80～90年代以来，随着物流业和金融业的融合并进一步升级发展为供应链金融，其已成为广大中小企业融资的重要方式，其常见的运作模式有统一授信、应收账款质押融资、保兑仓、存货质押融资、仓单质押等业务模式，质押融资作为供应链金融的一个重要业务模式在金融机构和第三方物流企业中开展非常广泛。（剩余6649字）
