Abstract:Inorder to explore the influence of slab densityand moisture contentof medium densityfiberboard(MDF)on thespacing errrof hot pressing plate intheentrancesectionofcontinuous press,,therelated experiments ofslabdensity and moisture contentof7.7mm(thin plate)and16mm(thick plate)MDFonthe spacing errof hot pressing plate at fourhot pressing positions in the entrance section were cariedout.Combined withtheactual production situationof two kinds offiberboardslabsatthefirsthotpressng position,thepredictionmodelsof theinfluenceof slabdensityand moisturecontent on the spacing error of hot pressing plate were established respectively.The experimental results showed thatthe hotpressing plate spacing error waspositivelycorelatedwiththedensityof the twokindsofslabsand negatively correlated with the moisture content.The relative error of the predicted value of the2 models was within 5 % ,and the prediction effect was good.Itcaneffectively predict the spacing errorofhot pressing platecaused bydiferentslabdensityandmoisturecontent.The research results provide somereference andreference fortheprecise controlof slab thickness in hot pressing process.
