摘 要 随着医药卫生体制改革的深入，我院率先提出基于医院全质量管理理念的临床药师发展新模式，通过建立临床药师驻科工作制，探索药学服务新标杆，为公立医院临床药学转型发展提供了一条可行之路。

Establishing a clinical pharmacist residency work system， exploring a new benchmark for pharmaceutical services

ABSTRACT With the deepening of the reform of the medical and health system， our hospital took the lead in proposing a new mode for the development of clinical pharmacists based on the concept of hospital quality management and explored a new benchmark for pharmaceutical services by the establishment of a clinical pharmacist residency work system， which may provide a feasible way for the transformation and development of clinical pharmacy in public hospitals.
