摘 要 目的：了解上海市金山卫镇学龄儿童龋齿的患病率状况。方法：对2020年上海市金山卫镇全部4所小学在校的3 320名学龄儿童进行口腔检查，分析学龄儿童牙齿的患龋率和龋均情况。结果：2020年上海市金山卫镇学龄儿童龋齿总患病率为46.69%。恒牙的龋患率和龋均值均随年龄增长呈上升趋势，且差异均有统计学意义（均P

ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the prevalence of dental caries among school-age children in Jinshanwei Community of Shanghai. Methods： A total of 3 320 school-age children from 4 primary schools in Jinshanwei Community of Shanghai in 2020 were examined to analyze the prevalence of dental caries and mean DMFT in school-age children.
