脊髓损伤后肌痉挛的物理治疗

摘 要 肌痉挛是脊髓损伤后较为常见且严重的并发症之一,可导致患者出现运动功能障碍,影响其康复治疗的效果和生活质量。本文简述脊髓损伤后肌痉挛的发生机制,介绍脊髓损伤后肌痉挛的物理治疗方法及临床应用研究进展,以期为优化脊髓损伤后肌痉挛治疗提供新的思路和方向。

ABSTRACT Muscle spasm after spinal cord injury is one of the most common and serious complications and can lead to motor dysfunction and affect the rehabilitation outcome and the quality of life. This article briefly describes the mechanism of muscle spasm after spinal cord injury and summarizes its physical therapy methods and clinical applications so as to provide new ideas and directions for the optimization of its treatment.
