摘 要 本文系统性地介绍了中、美、英、澳、日等国家的执业药师管理体系，从准入门槛、培训体系、学历要求、注册登记和继续教育等方面进行对比研究，并分析我国相对其他国家存在的差异和不足。

ABSTRACT This article systematically introduces the management system of licensed pharmacists in China， the United States， the United Kingdom， Australia， Japan and other countries， makes a comparative study from the aspects of access threshold， training system， academic requirements， registration and continuing education， and analyzes the differences and deficiencies between China and other countries.
