麝香保心丸联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病合并高血脂的疗效

摘 要 目的：探讨麝香保心丸联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病合并高血脂患者的疗效。方法：选取冠心病合并高血脂患者100例，按照随机数字表法，分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组给予阿托伐他汀治疗，观察组给予阿托伐他汀联合麝香保心丸治疗，两组疗程均为3个月。结果：两组患者的心绞痛发作持续时间都缩短、发作的次数均减少；观察组的总有效率高于对照组，血脂水平指标优于对照组，内皮舒张功能改善优于对照组，LAD、IVSD低于对照组，LVEF水平高于对照组（P

Efficacy of Shexiang Baoxin pills combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia

ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the effects of Shexiang Baoxin pill combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia. Methods： One hundred cases of the patients were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group with 50 cases each based on the random indicator method. The control group was treated only with oral atorvastatin while the observation group with both atorvastatin and Shexiang Baoxin pill， and the treatment was lasted for 3 months. Results： The duration of angina pectoris episodes was shortened and the times of episodes decreased in both groups. The total effective rate and LVEF levels was higher， LAD， IVSD levels were lower， and the blood lipid levels and the improvement of endothelial diastolic function were much better in the observation group than the control group（P
