摘 要 新型冠状病毒肺炎是当今世界最受关注的公共卫生问题，实验室检测是其疫情防控的关键环节之一。本文主要介绍现常用的新型冠状病毒实验室检测方法，尤其是核酸、抗原/抗体等检测方法，同时就已见报告的部分新型冠状病毒实验室检测新技术作一简要介绍。

Progress in laboratory techniques for COVID-19 detection

ABSTRACT Coronavirus disease 2019 （COVID-19） has been the most concerned public health disaster in the world today and laboratory detection is one of the key links for epidemic prevention and control. This article mainly introduces the commonly used laboratory detection methods for the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 （SARS-CoV-2）， especially the ones such as nucleic acid， antigen/antibody test and so on， and outlines some new technologies for its detection that have been reported.
