睡眠时发生的二度Ⅰ型房室传导阻滞1例

摘要 报道1例睡眠时发生的二度Ⅰ型房室传导阻滞患者，对其疾病特点进行分析，以便为临床早期制订干预方案提供指导和参考，以控制病情进展，有效维护患者生命安全和健康。

Analysis of 1 Case of Second Degree Type Ⅰ Atrioventricular Block Occurring during SleepSHI Xuelian

Abstract A case of second degree type I atrioventricular block during sleep was reported，and the characteristics of the disease were analyzed to provide guidance and reference for early clinical intervention plans to control the progression of the disease and effectively maintain the patient′s life safety and health.

房室交界区近端为二度Ⅰ型房室传导阻滞常见发病部位，多骤然发病，诱因包括心肌炎、心脏毒性药物、暂时性心肌缺血等，无论患者是否患有器质性心脏病均可发生［1］，夜间迷走神经张力改变可能与睡眠时二度Ⅰ型房室传导阻滞存在关联［2］。（剩余3332字）
