摘 要：院长办公会是医院管理工作的决策机构。论文通过对院长办公会的现状进行分析，以医院实践为基础，思考提高院长办公会效率的策略，提出相关改进措施，以期为提高医院管理效能、优化相关制度和推进医院现代化发展提供策略。

Analysis and Thoughts of the Current Situation of the President's Office Meeting in Public Hospital

Abstract：The president's office meeting is the decision-making body of hospital management. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the president's office meeting， this paper considers the strategies to improve the efficiency of the president's office meeting and puts forward relevant improvement measures to provide strategies for improving the management efficiency of the hospital， optimizing the relevant system and promoting the modernization of the hospital.
