社区老年教育视角下中华优秀传统文化助推基层治理的安徽实践研究

Abstract：Grassroots governance is a crucial field of national governance，as it is closest to the people and inherently coupled with and deeplyconnected to the whole-process people democracy.This article first introduces the connotation ofcommunityelderly education insocialdevelopment.Onone hand，with theacceleration of population aging，the elderly have become the primary focus of community work．Onthe other hand，elderly education enhances interpersonal interaction，strengthens social cohesion，and stimulates social vitality.Itthenoutlines the development of grassrots elderlyeducation in Anhui Province，including government-led eforts to integrate multipleforces to extend elderlyeducation tothegrassroots level，and practical initiatives toexpand the development space of grasroots elderly education. Organization Empowerment： Establishment of the Anhui Vocational and Adult Education Association Commitee for Elderly Education and Community Education.Finally，the article proposes two pathways for promoting Chinese excelent traditional culture in elderly education to boost grasroots governance ： first，by fostering consensus through Chinese excellenttraditional culture，andsecond，byenhancing mutual trust

and reciprocity through its integration.
