现代学徒制在高职汽修专业中的有效应用

摘 要：随着社会的不断发展，社会对人才的需求变得越来越多，要求也逐渐提高，想要在激烈的竞争中占有一席之地，已经成为现阶段学生发展的重要内容。现代学徒制最为一种传统的学习制度，跟随科技发展的脚步，也开始不断进行改革，与社会发展相适应。本文简单分析现代学徒制在高职汽修专业中的应用。

The Effective Application of Modern Apprentice System in Auto Repair Specialty of Higher Vocational Education

Abstract：With the continuous development of society， the demand for talents has become greater and greater， and the requirements have gradually increased. Wanting to have a place in the fierce competition has become an important content of student development at this stage. The modern apprenticeship is the most traditional learning system. Following the development of science and technology， continuous reforms to adapt to social development has also begun to be carried out. This article simply analyzes the application of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational auto repair majors.
