山东省反兴奋剂工作模式的研究

摘 要：山东省历来高度重视反兴奋剂工作，经过近几年的不懈努力，全面提升了反兴奋剂治理能力，形成“防反并举、惩教结合”的工作体系，为全国范围的省市反兴奋剂工作提供了“山东模式”。该文通过对山东省反兴奋剂组织体系模式、教育模式、工作模式及其创新进行介绍，以期为其他地区反兴奋剂工作提供借鉴。

Construction of Shandong Anti-Doping Work Mode

Abstract：Shandong Province has been attaching great importance to anti-doping work. With unremitting efforts in recent years， the anti-doping governance capabilities of Shandong has been comprehensively improved， having formed "precaution and education， combined with prevention and punishment" work system and a characteristic "Shandong anti-doping work mode". This paper introduces the system mode， education mode， working mode and innovation of Shandong anti-doping organization， in order to provide reference for the anti-doping work in other provinces， autonomous regions and municipalities.
