建筑工程造价影响因素及标准化管理研究

【摘要】 基于建筑工程的快速发展，在项目管理中出现差错，使得成本超过预算，一些人为因素或不可控因素也会使建筑工程实际费用与预期不相符。为了可以在确保工程质量的前提下减少成本输出，本文针对建筑工程造价的影响因素进行分析，并提出了相应的标准化管理措施。

Study on Influencing Factors of Construction Cost and Standardized Management

Abstract： Based on the rapid development of construction engineering，errors in project management make the cost exceed the budget. Some human factors or uncontrollable factors will also make the actual cost of construction engineering inconsistent with the expectation. In order to reduce the cost output on the premise of ensuring the project quality，this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the construction project cost，and puts forward the corresponding standardized management measures.
