液质联用仪最佳校准条件选择分析

【摘要】 本文从液质联用仪的工作原理入手，分析该仪器进行校准的参数设置，以及最佳校准条件的选择技巧，从而使液质联用仪能够做到精准的计量。

Selection and Analysis of Optimum Calibration Conditions for LC-MS

Abstract： Starting from the working principle of the LC-MS instrument，this paper analyzes the parameter setting of the instrument for calibration and the selection skills of the best calibration conditions，so that the LC-MS instrument can achieve accurate measurement.
