代谢组学在单细胞领域应用的研究进展
[摘要]
单细胞代谢组学(SCM)是以高通量检测和数据处理为手段,以组群指标分析为基础,以信息建模和系统集成为目标,对特定生理时期的某种细胞的所有小分子量代谢物进行定量和定性分析。本文综述了近年来代谢组学在单细胞领域中的研究及应用进展,并对其在医学领域的最新应用进行了详细的讨论。
