肠道菌群及其代谢产物与心血管疾病关系的研究进展
[摘要]
心血管疾病(CVD)发生的核心机制动脉粥样硬化及CVD的独立危险因素血脂异常、肥胖、糖尿病、高血压、吸烟、心理社会因素、饮食、酗酒和少体力活动均与肠道菌群密切相关。本文对肠道菌群及其代谢产物在代谢、炎症、免疫等方面与CVD的关系进行综述,为CVD诊治提供参考依据。

; [ABSTRACT]The core mechanism of cardiovascular diseases (CVDs), atherosclerosis, and the independent risk factors for CVDs, dyslipidemia, obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, smoking, psychosocial factors, diet, alcohol, and reduced physical activity, are closely associated with gut microbiota. This article reviews the relationship of gut microbiota and their metabolites with CVDs in terms of metabolism, inflammation, and immunity.
