【摘  要】新能源汽车水冷驱动电机功率密度受冷却效果影响较大,通过电机冷却水道优化,分析电机全域温度场,可以显著降低电机温升,从而提升电机竞争力。

New Energy Vehicle Drive Motor Waterway Optimization Design

【Abstract】The power density of water-cooled drive motor of new energy vehicles is greatly affected by the cooling effect. Through the optimization of the cooling water channel of the motor and the analysis of the overall temperature field of the motor, the temperature rise of the motor can be significantly reduced, so as to improve the competitiveness of the motor.
