乘用车防火墙隔声性能影响因素研究

【摘  要】防火墙总成由防火墙钣金件、内外前围饰件组合而成，是整车声学包中最主要的部件之一，用于隔绝发动机中高频噪声传递。内外前围覆盖于防火墙钣金上，用以进一步提升其吸隔声性能。文章重点对防火墙隔声性能影响因素进行分析研究，对提升整车声学性能有指导作用。

Research on Factors Affecting the Sound Insulation Performance of A Passenger Car Firewall

【Abstract】The firewall assembly is composed of firewall sheet metal parts and inner and outer front wall trim parts. It is one of the most important components in the vehicle's acoustic package and is used to isolate the transmission of high-frequency noise from the engine. The inner and outer front walls are covered on the sheet metal of the firewall to further improve its sound absorption and insulation performance. This paper focuses on the analysis and research of the factors affecting the sound insulation performance of firewalls，which provides guidance to vehicle noise performance.
