基于Moldflow的保压优化改善塑料制品的翘曲变形

【摘要】通过Moldflow软件进行注塑模拟仿真,分析汽车空调面板装饰圈的翘曲变形,在Moldflow软件中通过优化保压改善塑料制品的变形,再由模流分析软件的参数指导零件的实际注塑生产,达到首次试模得到变形满足要求的制品。

[Abstract] By injection molding simulating with Moldflow software,we analyzed the warpage deformation of the trim ring of automobile air conditioning panel,optimized the pressure-holding in Moldflow software to improve the deformation of plastic parts,and then guided the actual injection molding production of the parts by the parameters of Moldflow analysis software,to achieve the first test mold to get the products with deformation meeting the requirements.
