[摘要]简述NLP的发展过程与各类应用场景,并针对车企所需的内容,着重在舆情监控与语音文本数据处理方面加强构建具体的应用系统,提高车企对非结构化数据处理的程度,利用NLP中BERT模型与机器学习方法能高效地挖掘出数据的价值,让产品体验不断提升。

[Abstract]This paper introduces the development mileage and various application scenarios of NLP,and focuses on building specific application systems in public opinion monitoring and voice data processing to improve the degree of unstructured data processing of car enterprises. It uses the Bert model in NLP and the machine learning to mine the data value efficiently,so as to continuously improve the product experience.
