【摘  要】关于电线与端子（插针）的连接，目前比较常用的为压接、超声波焊接、电阻焊接以及焊锡等，主要作用是连接两个或多个导体达到要求的机械、电气性能，同时满足应用环境的功能。本文主要介绍电阻焊接在焊接电线与端子（插针）时的注意事项以及研究如何能够更好地测量电阻焊接的焊接效果。

【Abstract】As for the connection between wires and terminals（pins），presently the most commonly used methods are bonding，ultrasonic bonding，resistance bonding and soldering tin. The main function is to connect two or more conductors to meet the required mechanical and electrical performance，while meeting the application environment. This paper mainly introduces the cautions of resistance welding when welding wires and terminals（pins）and studies how to better measure the welding effect of resistance welding.
