Effects Combined Application Organic Inorganic Fertilizers on Yield Quality Fresh-Eating Sweet Potato

AbstractTo investigate the effcts combined application organic inorganic fertilizers on yield quality fresh-eating sweet potato,this experiment was conducted by using Yanshu 25 as material setting five fertilization treatments,i.e.,no fertilizer,chemical fertilizer alone, 25% organic fertilizer +75% (20 chemical fertilizer, 50% organic fertilizer + 50% chemical fertilizer, organic fertilizer alone,which were referred toas T1,T2,T3,T4 T5,respectively.Theeffcts diffrent fertilization treatments on the contents soluble sugar,vitamin C,amino acids,polyphenols flavonoids Yanshu 25 root tubers were studied,as well as the fresh potato yield.The results showed that the fresh potato yield each treatment in each the two years showed T4>T3>T2⩾T5>T1 ,among which, that T4 treatment was significantly higher compared with the other treatments,that T2 T5 treatments was not significantly diffrent significantly lower compared with the other treatments, the average fresh potato yield the two years T4 T3 treatments increased by 55.15% 37.14% compared with T1 treatment,respectively. In terms root tuber quality,on average over the two years,the soluble sugar content was the highest in T4 treatment,which was significantly higher than that in other treatments except T5;the polyphenol essential amino acid contents were the highest in T3 treatment,folowed by T4 treatment;the flavonoids content in T3 T4 treatments was not significantly diferent, was significantly higher than that inthe other treatments;vitamin C content was significantly different between the treatments,which showed T5>T4>T3>T1>T2 . It could be seen that combined application organic inorganic fertilizers could significantly improve the fresh potato yield quality Yanshu 25, the overall performance under 50% organic fertilizer + 50% chemical fertilizer treatment(T4 treatment)was the best under the conditions this experiment.The results this study could provide a theoretical basis for rational fertilization fresh-eating sweet potato cultivation management yield quality improvement.
