河北省农业对外投资问题及对策研究

——基于25家典型企业的调查

摘要：通过对河北省25家农业对外投资典型企业进行历时5年的跟踪调查，以调研数据为基础，对河北省农业企业对外投资的规模、区域、企业特征进行了深入分析，并据此提出了河北省农业“走出去”企业面临的主要问题，最后分别从企业和政府层面提出了有针对性的对策建议，以期为河北省农业“走出去”提供理论指导。

Problems and Countermeasures of Agricultural Investment Abroad： An Investigation of 25 Typical Enterprises in Hebei Province

Abstract： Through five years’follow-up investigation of 25 typical agricultural enterprises in Hebei Province which have investment abroad， this paper analyzes the investment scale， the investment region and the characteristics of enterprises based on the investigation data， points out main problems faced by the enterprises in“go global”， and puts forward targeted suggestions from the enterprise and the government level， aiming to provide certain reference for agricultural enterprises to improve their investment and business abroad.

近年來，在国家“一带一路”倡导引领和政策指导下，河北省农业对外投资蓬勃发展，无论投资规模还是企业数量均稳定增长，投资主体日益多元化，经营领域不断扩大，有力促进了全省农业生产结构调整，拓宽了农业国际化发展道路[1]。（剩余5656字）
