中医药治疗糖尿病足溃疡的研究进展

【摘 要】 糖尿病足溃疡是糖尿病最严重的慢性并发症之一。文章介绍了中医对糖尿病足溃疡病名的认识，简述了糖尿病足溃疡的病因病机，回顾并分析了中医不同治法对糖尿病足溃疡创面愈合的治疗效果，以期为临床相关研究提供诊治思路和方法。

Research Progress in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot Ulcer by Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract：Diabetic foot ulcer is one of the most serious chronic complications of diabetes. This paper introduces the understanding of the name of diabetic foot ulcer in Chinese medicine， briefly describes the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetic foot ulcer， and reviews and analyzes the therapeutic effect of different TCM treatments on the wound healing of diabetic foot ulcer， in order to provide the diagnosis and treatment ideas and methods for clinical research.
