从中医“整体观”探讨肠道菌群失调与结直肠癌发病的关系

【摘 要】 肠道微生态理论、研究技术及方法等的发展，为中医药的研究打开了一扇门，肠道菌群与宿主的关系，体现着局部与整体的系统观，与中医“整体观”不谋而合。现代研究证实肠道菌群与结直肠癌的发生、发展及预后有着密切关系，故文章将从中医的整体观念出发，探讨肠道菌群失调与结直肠癌之间的关系。

Exploring Relationship Between Intestinal Flora Imbalance and Colorectal Cancer in TCM Based on “Holistic View”

Abstract：The development of intestinal microecology theory， research techniques and methods has opened a door for the research of Chinese medicine. The relationship between the intestinal flora and the host reflects the systemic view of the local and the whole， which coincides with the “holistic view” of Chinese medicine. Modern research has confirmed that intestinal flora has a close relationship with the occurrence， development and prognosis of colorectal cancer， so this article will explore the relationship between intestinal flora disturbance and colorectal cancer from the holistic concept of Chinese medicine.
