基于对肿瘤微环境的影响探讨生物碱的抗肿瘤作用

【摘 要】 肿瘤微环境对肿瘤的细胞增殖、迁移、侵袭以及肿瘤血管新生具有重要影响。现代药理研究发现多种生物碱具有抗肿瘤作用，文章从对于肿瘤微环境的影响角度出发，探讨中药生物碱成分的抗肿瘤作用，为生物碱抗肿瘤作用的开发利用提供理论支持。

The Discussion About the Anti-tumor Effect of Alkaloids based on The Influence on the Tumor Microenvironment

Abstract：The tumor microenvironment is important to the tumor cell proliferation， migration， invasion， as well as the tumor angiogenesis. Modern pharmacological studies have found that a variety of alkaloids have anti-tumor effects. From the perspective of the influence on tumor microenvironment， this paper discuss the anti-tumor effects of the alkaloids of traditional Chinese medicine， so as to provide the theoretical support for the development and utilization of the anti-tumor effects of alkaloids.
